Arcadia Hills was born of a passion for creating spaces where elevated comfort and immersive nature experiences come together in perfect harmony.

This project is our family’s way of bringing an extraordinary, serene escape to the people of Central Ohio and beyond — offering you a chance to reconnect, relax, and recharge in the beauty of Hocking Hills.

Whether it’s a quiet moment in nature or a memorable getaway with loved ones, we’re here to make each experience feel personal, curated and meaningful.

Our mission is to offer a retreat that’s not just beautiful, but transformative — where guests can slow down, savor the present, and leave with a sense of calm and contentment that stays with them long after they’ve gone.

  • Prices vary by property and season. For specific pricing please use our booking platform to see details for your dates of stay. Our lowest prices will be weekdays during winter months, while our peak pricing will be weekends during summer and fall months.

    Birch & Belmont
    $250-$750/night 

    The Lookout

    The price ranges do not include fees (cleaning fee, local taxes, booking fee).

  • Our guest check-in is always at 4pm, and check-out is at 11am. The property operates on a self check-in and check-out process with keyless entry codes. Guests will receive an email prior to arrival that includes all stay information. We do our best to accommodate early check-ins and late check-outs when available, however we cannot guarantee either. Please contact us 2 days prior to your stay to inquire whether this is possible.

  • Due to our remote location, there is limited cell service in much of the surrounding area, and limited cell service on property. Verizon and AT&T users will have limited service in certain locations on property. Each individual cabin will have Starlink internet.

  • We fully expect guests with children but it is necessary that children remain supervised during their stay. The property is beautiful but unsafe for unsupervised children, as we have steep terrain, wildlife, and a large creek on property. Both the property and the cabins are not child-proofed or child friendly.

  • We do not permit guests to bring any pets at this time.

  • At this time we do not permit parties or events at the individual cabins in order to preserve the experience of the other guests staying on property.
